We believe at DAB TO FAB WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED that your happiness is our topmost priority!
So, we work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel really really special.
We understand that skincare is a very personal purchase and for this very reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full priced unopened/Unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India.
In case you received any opened merchandise please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product.
We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund via sms and email.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.
For COD orders we charge a flat fee of INR 100 for orders of any value. Please place cod order only when it is confirmed from your end.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in hyderabad, by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order
Domestic Delivery - 7-14 business days for domestic delivery*
All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery. You will receive an SMS in case you have not opted for DND.
DABTOFAB WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.
DABTOFAB WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.
Return Policy
Our team at DABTOFAB WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED takes great effort to ideate, research and perfect each product before delivery to your doorstep. Our sincere hope is that we are able to add 2 minutes of happiness in your daily skin routine. However, in case you do want tor return the products, you can follow the below steps:
- Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s) at support@dabtofab.co
- You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
- Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
- After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
Given that we are dealing with Personal Care Products, our company follows a No Return or Exchange Policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at support@dabtofab.co or call us at 8374621038 within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
